I was working at a professional consulting firm specializing in commercial and industrial asset management when the world shut down. Like a lot of companies at the time, sales were down and the road ahead felt uncertain. We could have gone quiet. We could have pushed hard. Instead, we did something simple. We picked up the phone, and we called our clients. All of them.

We were not calling to sell. We were calling to ask one honest question: “How can we help you right now?”

Those conversations changed things. Our clients felt cared for at a moment when that mattered more than ever. And the business we needed started coming back—not because we chased it, but because we showed up for people. I helped spearhead that initiative, and I watched it work in real time.

That was the seed. I realized that proactive, caring outreach is not a sales tactic. It is a way of doing business that helps everyone. Clients win. The company grows. And the work feels good, because it is good.

So I built the rest of my career around that idea. I became a Professional EOS Implementer to help leaders run healthy, well-built companies. And I became a Certified Outgrow Advisor to help those companies grow on purpose, with a system that turns caring, proactive habits into a weekly rhythm.

I started this business because I believe most companies already have everything they need to grow. The relationships are there. The expertise is there. What is usually missing is a system, and someone to walk alongside the team while the habit takes hold. I am grateful I get to be that person!
